RETURN POLICY
BodyCard Return & Exchange Policy:
At BodyCard, we want you to LOVE your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges on all BodyCard merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

All original tags must remain attached.

Items must not be damaged or altered in any way.
No Chargebacks: Please note that we do not accept chargebacks. If you need assistance with your purchase, we encourage you to contact our customer service team to resolve any issues promptly.

What is your return policy?
At BodyCard we want you to LOVE your BodyCard purchase! If not, All BodyCard merchandise may be returned for EXCHANGE only within 14 days upon arrival Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged, with all original tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Please email us at info@shopbodycard or complete the feedback box above with the subject titled "RETURN" listing the reason for return. The return shipping cost will be at the cost of the customer. Items not worn, washed and with tags attached will be returned within 14 days upon arrival. A store credit of the original price will be issued after inspection.
How do I track my order?
Your order can be tracked with the United States Postal Service. Please visit their website for more tracking details at https://www.usps.com or click the "Track My Order" below.
